Technology partnerships
Restive partners with Shopify Plus, Google Cloud, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake and Anthropic. See what each partnership unlocks for your build.

Our technology partnerships
Restive holds delivery partnerships with Shopify Plus, Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, Anthropic and a set of specialist commerce and workforce platforms. We are a reseller and integration partner across most of them, so we can bring vendor engineering, funding programs and licensing into a client engagement rather than just billing for our own time.
Every partnership on this page was earned through certified engineers and each one connects to work we ship: commerce replatforms, data platforms, production ML and agentic AI.
What our partnerships mean for your project
Vendor engineering on call
When a build gets hard, we can pull the platform's own engineering and account teams into the room, which shortens the path on the problems that usually stall a project for weeks.
Funding and credits that change the business case
Google, AWS, Snowflake and Databricks all run partner funding and credit programs, and a client's cloud or first ML workload gets materially cheaper when we bring those to the table. It is often the difference between a proof of concept getting approved and getting parked.
Platform-agnostic advice
We hold partnerships on both sides of most platform decisions, Snowflake and Databricks being the obvious one, so the recommendation you get is based on your data, your team and your roadmap.
Early access
Partner status usually comes with early feature and model access, which matters most in AI where the capability changes every few months.
Commerce and retail platforms
Retail and commerce is a core Restive vertical, and these five partnerships cover the full stack a modern commerce business runs on: the platform, the product data, the subscription revenue, the loyalty layer and the product analytics that show you how customers are using all of it.
Shopify Plus partner - enterprise and mid-market commerce, Melbourne
Status: Shopify Plus Partner (enterprise and mid-market), since 2026. Reseller and integration partner.
Shopify Plus partner across enterprise and mid-market. We design and build commerce on Plus, covering replatforms, headless and composable builds, integrations and post-launch optimisation.
What it means for you: A certified Plus partner with a direct line into Shopify, which means less platform risk, a faster launch, and commerce decisions made by people who have shipped at enterprise scale.
Why it is earned: Plus partner status is not open enrolment. It requires demonstrated enterprise and mid-market delivery, certified team members and reviewed builds.
What it unlocks: Direct access to Shopify’s partner and account teams, merchant introductions, early feature access and co-marketing. When a client needs a commerce capability we can stand it up quickly.

Salsify partner - product data and PXM
Status: Salsify Partner. Reseller and integration partner.
Product Experience Management platform covering product data, syndication and content across retail, digital and agentic channels.
What it means for you: Product data that is accurate and consistent everywhere it shows up, from your own site to marketplaces to AI shopping agents. Bad product data quietly kills conversion, and it is usually the least glamorous fix with the biggest return.
Why it is earned: Technical certification plus reviewed implementations. PXM is a data discipline as much as a platform, which is where our data and commerce capabilities overlap.
What it unlocks: Salsify product and partner team access, plus enablement pathways so a client can get product data under control without a long internal build.

Submarine partner - subscriptions and recurring revenue on Shopify
Status: Submarine Partner. Reseller and integration partner.
Subscription and recurring billing platform built for Shopify.
What it means for you: Subscription and membership revenue on Shopify without custom-building the billing plumbing or bolting on a fragile app.
Why it is earned: Technical certification on Shopify subscriptions and checkout extensibility, plus reviewed production builds.
What it unlocks: Product team access and fast enablement, so subscription revenue can be stood up on Plus without custom billing infrastructure.

Litecard partner - wallet loyalty for Australian retail
Status: Litecard Partner. Reseller and integration partner.
Mobile wallet marketing platform: Apple and Google Wallet passes for offers, loyalty, memberships and live order tracking.
What it means for you: Loyalty, offers and order updates land straight on the customer’s lock screen, and you skip building and maintaining another app to get there. Litecard is an Australian platform, so you get local support and local retail context.
Why it is earned: Technical integration certification plus live retail deployments. Because the platform is Australian the relationship is direct rather than running through a reseller chain.
What it unlocks: Direct product team access and rapid enablement, so a retail client can have wallet-based loyalty live without a long build.
Related: Unified commerce
Pendo partner - product analytics and in-app guidance
Status: Pendo partner.
Product analytics and in-app guidance across digital commerce experiences.
What it means for you: You can see how customers move through your store or app, measure whether a change landed, and guide people in-app, so decisions about the experience come from behaviour rather than from traffic totals alone.
Why it is earned: Certified practitioners and product analytics delivered in production.
What it unlocks: Pendo product and partner team access, plus licensing pathways when a client needs adoption measurement stood up quickly.

AI and data partners
Restive runs production AI agents internally and ships machine learning into some of Australia's largest retailers, and these partnerships are what sit underneath that work.
Anthropic partner - Claude and agentic AI
Anthropic Partner. Reseller and integration partner.
We build agentic systems on Claude, we ship MCP integrations, and we run enterprise Claude enablement covering rollout, admin, projects and governance.
What it means for you: Enterprise AI adoption that actually lands. Licences on their own do not change how a business works, so we set up the governance, the workflows and the guardrails that let teams get value out of it safely.
Why it is earned: The partnership rests on demonstrated enterprise deployment. We also run our own agents in production, which is still rare among consultancies, and it means our enablement advice comes from operating this stuff daily rather than from a deck.
What it unlocks: Direct access to Anthropic’s team, early model and feature access, and enterprise licensing pathways, so we can enable Claude properly for a client rather than handing them logins.

Databricks partner - lakehouse and production ML, Australia
Status: Databricks Partner. Reseller and integration partner.
Lakehouse architecture, data engineering and production machine learning.
What it means for you: Machine learning shipped into large organisations with measurable outcomes, rather than pilots that stall at proof of concept.
Why it is earned: Certified engineers plus production ML shipped into large Australian enterprises, with Coles and Sportsbet as the reviewed evidence.
What it unlocks: Databricks partner team access, POC funding and credits, which lowers the cost of a client’s first serious ML workload.
Related: Data and AI
Snowflake partner - warehouse and analytics, Australia
Status: Snowflake Partner. Reseller and integration partner.
Warehouse, modelling and analytics builds.
What it means for you: Analytics and AI running on governed, warehouse-native data instead of scattered exports and spreadsheets.
Why it is earned: Certified data engineers and reviewed production workloads, with Viva Energy and Culture Amp as the delivery evidence.
What it unlocks: Snowflake partner team access, POC funding and credits, so we can de-risk a client’s first workload without them wearing the full cost.
Related: Data and AI
Vapi partner - production voice AI
Status: Vapi Partner. Reseller and integration partner.
Voice AI platform for production telephony agents.
What it means for you: Conversational AI across chat and phone that is properly scoped, guardrailed and held to your brand and trust standards. The upstream thinking is the hard part, and that is where we work.
Why it is earned: Production telephony agents are rare, and the partnership reflects live deployments with working guardrails rather than demos.
What it unlocks: Direct engineering access and early feature access, so we can pilot voice AI for a client quickly and safely.

Cloud and engineering partners
Most Australian enterprises have already picked a cloud, so these four partnerships let us work inside whichever stack you are on: migration and data platforms on AWS, enterprise AI and data work on Google Cloud, Azure and .NET delivery in Microsoft-first environments, and the content layer that sits on top of all three.
AWS partner - cloud migration and data platforms, Australia
Status: AWS Partner. Reseller and integration partner.
Cloud migration, data lake and platform modernisation.
What it means for you: Proven AWS delivery in real environments. Lort Smith went from spreadsheets to a full AWS data lake with board-level reporting, and Rosterfy came to us for a cloud migration.
Why it is earned: Certified architects and engineers plus validated customer outcomes, with Lort Smith and Rosterfy as the reviewed delivery evidence.
What it unlocks: AWS funding programs, migration credits and partner team access. A client’s cloud business case gets materially better when we bring AWS to the table.
Related: Cloud and data platforms
Google Cloud partner - AI and data platforms, Australia
Status: Google Cloud partner. Reseller and integration partner.
We build on Vertex AI, Gemini and Search for Commerce, alongside data platform work on GCP, and we co-sell actively with Google account teams in retail.
What it means for you: Enterprise AI built on Google’s stack with Google engineering behind it, plus access to funding and credit pathways and a partner that has shipped Vertex and Gemini work in production.
Why it is earned: Certified engineers plus production Vertex and Gemini delivery in Australian retail environments. Google account teams pull us into accounts on the strength of that delivery record.
What it unlocks: Access to Google engineering and account teams, funding and credit programs, and co-sell into retail accounts. We can bring Google resources into a client engagement rather than just billing for our own time.

Microsoft partner - Azure, .NET and Copilot
Status: Microsoft Partner. Reseller and integration partner.
.NET delivery, Azure platform work, Fabric and Copilot.
What it means for you: We work natively inside Microsoft-first enterprises, so your team keeps the stack it already runs on and the standards it already has.
Why it is earned: Certified team members across Azure and the Microsoft stack, plus delivery evidence in Microsoft-first enterprises.
What it unlocks: Microsoft partner team access, funding pathways and co-sell motions into enterprise accounts already standardised on Microsoft.
Related: Cloud and data platforms
Strapi partner - headless CMS and composable content
Status: Strapi Partner. Reseller and integration partner.
Headless CMS as the content layer for composable commerce and digital platforms.
What it means for you: Content teams get control over their own publishing without a monolithic CMS or vendor lock-in underneath it.
Why it is earned: Technical certification and reviewed composable builds, rather than a directory listing.
What it unlocks: Direct product and roadmap access, plus licensing pathways when a client needs a content layer stood up fast.

Workforce and operations
People and payroll data usually ends up stranded in its own system, disconnected from everything else the business runs on. This group covers the platforms that close that gap, from workforce and payroll through to the intranet and knowledge tools your teams work in every day.
Employment Hero gold tier referral partner
Status: Employment Hero Gold tier referral partner.
HR, payroll and workforce platform integration and delivery. This is the one referral partnership in our list, so the motion is different to the rest of the page: we recommend and integrate, and we do not resell.
What it means for you: Workforce and people data connected into the rest of the business instead of sitting isolated in its own system.
Why it is earned: Gold tier is earned on referral volume and delivery quality, and it reflects workforce and workflow optimisation work rather than a logo swap.
What it unlocks: Employment Hero partner team access and preferential client onboarding, which ties directly into our team member optimisation and workflow optimisation work.
Related: Digital platforms and integration
Microsoft SharePoint - intranet and knowledge platforms
Status: Delivered under our Microsoft partnership. Reseller and integration partner.
SharePoint intranet, knowledge hub and document management builds for Microsoft-first organisations.
What it means for you: Your people can find what they need without having to ask someone, with intranet, knowledge base and document workflows built on a platform your organisation already licenses.
Why it is earned: Certified team members across the Microsoft stack, with the Viva Energy SharePoint build as the delivery evidence.
What it unlocks: Microsoft partner team access and licensing pathways, so a workplace platform can be stood up on infrastructure you already own.

Frequently asked questions
Is Restive a Shopify Plus partner in Melbourne?
Yes. Restive is a Shopify Plus partner working across enterprise and mid-market retail from Melbourne, and we deliver for clients across Australia. We handle replatforms, headless and composable builds, integrations and post-launch optimisation, and we are a reseller and integration partner rather than a referral partner.
Which cloud partners does Restive work with in Australia?
We hold partnerships with AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft, which covers the three platforms most Australian enterprises are standardised on. Because we work across all three we can advise on migration and modernisation without steering you toward one vendor.
Should we use Snowflake or Databricks?
It depends on your existing stack, your team’s skills and what you are trying to build. We are partnered with both, so we can walk you through the decision on the merits and we have production evidence on each: Viva Energy and Culture Amp on Snowflake, Coles and Sportsbet on Databricks.
Does Restive resell software licences?
We are a reseller and integration partner across most of our partnerships, which means we can handle licensing pathways as part of an engagement. Employment Hero is the exception, where we operate as a referral partner.
What does a technology partnership actually change for a project?
Three things, mostly. We can bring the vendor’s own engineering and account teams into a build when something gets hard, we can access partner funding and credit programs that improve a business case, and we get early feature access that keeps AI and commerce work current.
Does Restive work outside Melbourne?
Yes. We are Melbourne-based and we deliver across Australia, with most work in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. We also run an offshore team in Malaysia.
How does Restive choose which platforms to partner with?
We partner where we are already delivering. Every partnership on this page came out of production work for clients, and each one was assessed by the vendor on certified engineers and reviewed builds before it was granted.
